a truly one of a kind and original, hand embroidered panel, lovingly titled, “flora obscura”. the embroidery thread i used here is a special naturally and hand dyed silk. there is a lovely sheen to the threads, and due to the nature of the dying technique used, the color on the threads shifts here and there which adds to much depth and interest to the piece 
i made this with the intention of turning it into a journal cover, and ended up loving it so much that she proudly hung on my wall for many months. i am now downsizing and so i offer her to you!
this panel can also be used as a patch on the back of a jacket, boho bag, or displayed as decor pretty much anywhere once framed
